Suspect wanted for shooting man sitting in his car in Brooklyn

SHEEPSHEAD BAY, Brooklyn — Police are searching for a suspect involved in a shooting in Brooklyn that injured a man.

According to police, the shooting happened around 2 a.m., on May 26 across from 2007 Emmons Ave.

A 21-year-old man, was sitting in his car when the suspect walked over and fired several shots before running away.

The victim was taken to Lutheran Hospital where he was treated for a gunshot to the arm.

On Wednesday, police released surveillance video and a photo of the suspect.
