(PIX11) — The NYPD is looking for a man they say groped a woman inside a Brooklyn subway station Wednesday night.

According to authorities, at around 7:35 pm, the suspect groped and struck the woman’s buttocks as she walked down the stairs from the Q train subway station in Brighton Beach. The suspect then fled on a northbound Q train.

Police released photos of the suspect who is described as white male, around 22 to 29 years-old, with medium build and about 5’11”.  He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a black-hooded jacket, blue jeans, and black sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
