DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN (PIX11) -- A 17-year-old girl is recovering after she was brutally attacked in a Brooklyn McDonald's.

"My body hurts, my eyes hurt," Elizabeth Ballinger told reporters Friday afternoon.

Ballinger was assaulted by a group of girls in a Brooklyn McDonald's after school had let out for the day.

The teen's family has hired an attorney to seek answers and bring justice for their daughter.

In March, a similar brawl happened inside a Flatbush McDonald's, resulting in six arrests. One of the teens involved in the viscous beatdown is facing felony charges.
