MANHATTAN (PIX11) — Jurors went into its third day (second full day) of deliberations in the Pedro Hernandez murder trial requesting evidence related to the legality of the videotaped confessions he made to authorities about killing 6-year-old Etan Patz in 1979.

The jury asked for a copy of the Missing Child poster with Etan’s picture on it, the Miranda Warnings sheet, the written statement of the defendant’s confession as well as a read-back of testimony from an Assistant District Attorney about when the recording of the confessions began.

The jury of five women and seven men remain behind closed doors deliberating as of this writing at 4:10pm.
