Police search for man accused of groping 11-year-old boy at bus stop in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN (PIX11) -- Police are searching for a man accused of touching an 11-year-old boy's groin as he waited for a bus in Brooklyn.

The incident happened Sunday morning at 9:23 a.m. at a bus stop in front of 551 Flushing Avenue.

The suspect approached the boy from behind and touched his groin while he was waiting for the bus, according to the NYPD.

The boy then fled towards the Marcy Houses. He was not injured.

The suspect is described as white male, approximately 20 years of age, 5'09", weighing 180 pounds, wearing blue shorts, black jacket and black sneakers.
