MANHATTAN (CNN) -- Major Hollywood power-player Harvey Weinstein was questioned by police in New York city after a 22-year-old woman accused him of groping her.

The Times reports that it was during the second meeting that the woman claims she was groped.

Police said Weinstein volunteered to answer question and is not currently facing any charges. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office is investigating.

Weinstein, 63 and and a Queens native, co-founded Miramax Film and won an Academy Award for producing the film “Shakespeare in Love.”
