MOUNT HOPE, The Bronx (PIX11) -- People are searching for two suspects who assaulted and robbed a man in the Bronx early Saturday morning.

The two men entered a parking lot at East Burnside and Valentine Avenues around 12:05 a.m. When one suspect approached a parked car, he told a lot attendant that he was there to pick up his car while the other suspect snuck into the office.

An argument ensued after the victim told the suspect to leave, saying the car wasn't his. As the worker entered the office to call police, he was confronted by the second suspects, and both men assaulted him.

The suspects fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash. The victim was taken to St. Barnabus Hospital, where he was treated for lacerations to his head, face and arms.
