Firefighters investigate cause of 2-alarm fire in Elmhurst

ELMHURST, Queens (PIX11) -- Firefighters are investigating what caused a 2-alarm fire in an Elmhurst home Sunday morning.

The blaze broke out around 9:30 a.m. at 52-15 Sudbury St, originating in the basement and spreading to the top of the three-story home, officials said.

Injuries sustained by the victims are minor. The cause of the fire is unknown.
