2 men steal 26-year-old Brooklyn woman’s belongings at gunpoint: cops

EAST NEW YORK (PIX11)-- Police are looking for two men who allegedly robbed a 26-year-old woman's belongings, including her cellphone and car, at gun point inside her Brooklyn apartment Saturday evening.

The incident happened in her building on Vandalia Street in East New York at approximately 11 p.m., according to police.

NYPD says two men followed the victim into her apartment building and as she waited for the elevator, one of men approached her and demanded her belongings. The victim complied and handed over her iPhone, keys, necklace and earrings to the thieves who fled right after.

The woman thenĀ  went outside and realized that, using her keys, they took her 2006 Ford Escape, cops say.

There are no reported injuries.
