Davina explained, “I’m successful, I’m confident, and sometimes that can be intimidating even in New York, where you have a lot of smart successful men.”

The couple’s experience together  is documented on the second season of “Married at First Sight” which is currently airs on A&E. Viewers will have to wait until the end of the season to see how the romance plays out for the two.

Jamie and Doug married during season one of the show and just celebrated their first wedding anniversary in St. Thomas. Jame and Doug say they are happy.  “I think marriage for me is having this teammate by my side,” Jamie said.

Doug agrees, “To find that person that you could just look at and you just can’t imagine a future without -- that is the most comforting part for me,”  he said.
