DITMAS PARK, Brooklyn (PIX11) -- A 1-year-old girl suffered a graze wound to her left leg after a shooting in the Ditmas Park section of Brooklyn, officials said.

The shooting occurred on Foster Avenue and Rugby Road around 3:45 p.m. Saturday. Another shooting was reported shortly after on Flatbush and Snyder Avenues. The adult victim injured in that shooting is likely to die, authorities said.

Baby Sarina, who police say was not the intended target of the shooting, was transported to King's County Hospital Center and was listed in stable condition. She has now returned home with her family.

Neighbors say gunshot are not uncommon in the area. Police are searching for three suspects who were placed on the scene by local surveillance.

The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
