What’s this world coming to? An angry gang of girls savagely beating and stomping another at a McDonald’s in Brooklyn, .a beating watched and taped by others for minutes before anyone intervened to stop it.

The cellphone video has gone viral, and in the days since, six young girls have been arrested and charged. How could such a thing happen and what is being done to see to it that it doesn't happen again?
