Availability of powdered alcohol causing major concerns

(PIX11)-- The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has approved the sale of the powdered alcohol product, cleverly dubbed as "Palcohol."

The idea is that you just add water to the powdered-alcohol containing metallic pouch that looks eerily like a kids' juice pouch.

Joe Schrank, a founder of the treatment program Rebound Brooklyn, talks about concerns with powdered alcohol, including how it will be easier for people, both kids and adults to abuse it.
