52-year-old man shot to death in East Flatbush: NYPD

EAST FLATBUSH (PIX11)– A 52-year-old man was shot and killed in Brooklyn Sunday night, according to NYPD.

The shooting happened at East 52 Street and Winthrop Street shortly before 11 p.m.,  police say.

Upon arrival, police saw the victim with multiple gun shot wounds to the torso. He was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

A second victim, a 16-year-old boy, was found nearby on East 51 Street and Rutland Road. He was taken to Kings County and was listed in stable condition.

There are no arrests at this time.

The identity of the deceased is pending family notification.
