(PIX11)-- Hip-hop mogul Jay Z may be facing a paternity suit in New Jersey from a 21-year-old man who claims to be his son.

According to the Daily News, the paternity suit alleges, that Jay Z is the man's father and that he trying to dodge a paternity test.

Apparently the man claims his mother had a fling with Jay Z in the early 90s, long before he became the mega-star he is today.

The man's legal guardian tried to force the rapper to take a paternity test in 2010, but the case was dismissed, only because the judge ruled that he lacked jurisdiction in the case.
