Mystery man brings dead woman to Staten Island hospital, leaves

STATEN ISLAND (PIX11) -- Police are looking for a man who brought a dead woman into a Staten Island hospital in January, then left.

Authorities say the man drove 32-year-old Lydia Vale, who was unconscious and unresponsive,  to Richmond University Medical Center Jan. 28. A staff member transported Vale into the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The man did not provide any contact information before leaving.

There were no signs of trauma to Vale's body. The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death. The unknown man is only wanted for questioning in regards to Vale's death.
