What to avoid doing when padding your resume

(PIX11)-- Brian Williams and other famous names Jayson Blair (former New York Times writer), James Frey (author) have damaged their reputations for lying.

But, it brings up the question: Can they comeback? And if they do, what can an individual get away with?

Vicky Salemi, a career expert and author of "Big Career in the Big City,"  suggests it will be difficult for them to do so, but ordinary folks must stay clear of lying, especially on their resumes.
