(PIX11)-- Mercedes Benz Fashion Week will see crowds of fashionistas cramming into the iconic white tents of Lincoln Center to get a glimpse of one-of-a-kind looks. While most of us can’t afford designer duds, we don’t have to be left in the couture cold anymore.

Technology is allowing brands to offer customizable looks with designer quality fabrics, fit and styling at up to half the price. Their made-to-order model eliminates inventory costs and store size, which means less overhead cost to pass on to customers. Customers become the designer, selecting everything from fabric to color to shape.

Custom women’s apparel, from tops and skirts to full dresses, all under $100. In addition to entering 30+ unique measurements to ensure your garment is cut to fit your unique shape, they’ll let you adjust details like sleeve or skirt length, pockets, embroidery, neckline and more. Sizes range from 0-36W.

In 2014, eShakti launched their first Virtual Fitting Room at the Staten Island Mall. Customers can get a body scan with all their measurements instantly uploaded to their account - easier than a tape measure, less expensive than a tailor. With your body model saved to your account, you can instantly shop online or reorder anytime.
