GRAVESEND, Brooklyn (PIX11) — Cops went to investigate a vacant building for a reported burglary in progress, but found eight fluffy canines instead.

NYPD reports the owner of the building at 1818 Ocean Parkway called police Monday morning after seeing and hearing signs of a burglary on the third floor.

When officers arrived, they found nothing except eight white pups in the top floor bedroom.

The dogs where taken to ASPCA on Linden Blvd., where they are being cared for over the next three days.

After the pups are medically cleared, they will be put up for adoption.
