(PIX11)-- A Queens woman has sued a tights manufacturing company for false advertising-- apparently because she didn't have some sort of orgasmic experience while walking down the street.

This company sells a product called Kushyfoot shaping tights.

They're tights that cushion the bottom of your feet while you walk. And they're advertised in the form of a sexually suggestive commercial.

The woman bought a pair for $7 at a Duane Reade.

Now, she's suing because of what her lawsuit calls deceptive business practices and the product did not improve her psychological or bodily comfort.
