Police seeking suspect who attempted to rob Bronx laundromat

FOXHURST, The Bronx (PIX11) -- Police are asking for help in identifying a suspect who attempted to rob a Bronx laundromat Monday.

The suspect entered L & P Laundry at 1254 Southern Blvd. in Foxhurst around 2:01 p.m. and demanded money from a 32-year-old female employee, saying he had a gun, according to police.

The suspect is described as Hispanic or black, about 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing jeans, a tan jacket and a gray hat.
