(PIX11) — B, D, F and M riders are dealing with widespread delays and Thursday evening after the MTA reported a rail condition at Grand St.

For nearly an hour service was shaken up with southbound D trains being stopped at W4th Street station and northbound trains running along the Q line in Brooklyn.

B, D, F and M trains are up and running as of 5 p.m., but with delays in both directions.

This comes after PATH train service was suspended along the Journal Square-33rd and Hoboken-33rd St lines.  A broken rail left a.m. commuters stranded for several minutes in packed trains before they were able to step off.
