NEW JERSEY (PIX11) — Weather-related issues have delayed trains on all New Jersey transit lines Thursday, the agency said.

Trains into and out of New York Penn State are subject to delays of up to 30 minutes due to problems with AMTRAK overhead wires. System-wide cross-honoring is in effect.

The agency’s site describes the issues as “weather-related” on a morning when “dangerous” wind chills dipped below zero.

Delays and cancellations were reported on the following lines:

  • Northeast Corridor
  • North Jersey Coast
  • Raritan Valley
  • Morris & Essex
  • Main/Bergen/Port Jervis
  • Montclair-Boonton
  • Pascack Valley
  • Atlantic City
