Hors D'oeuvres ‎ - Grilled beef and chicken skewers with no-cook spicy peanut dipping sauce

Regional influence: Asian

No-cook spicy peanut sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tsp Sriracha (or any chili paste)
1 tsp hot sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Whisk all‎ ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth.
Signature cocktail‎ - Pear Pecan Lemonade
Regional influence: Southern (Down South USA)

Pear Pecan lemonade
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz William Wolf Bourbon
2 oz Lemonade
2 oz Pear nectar
Cinnamon stick for garnish

Directions:
Pour bourbon, lemonade, pear nectar into a glass with ice. Stir lightly ‎lightly. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Self serve punch - Blood Orange Cran-gria‎

Blood Orange cran-gria
Ingredients:
3 parts Punzone Blood Orange Originale
2 parts cranberry juice
1 part orange juice
lemon lime seltzer
Mint
Frozen cranberries
Sliced oranges

Directions:
Pour vodka and juices into a pitcher, stir then add orange slices, ‎mint leaves and cranberries. Top with lemon lime seltzer
Dessert/after-dinner treat‎ - Citrus rosemary slush

Citrus rosemary slush
Ingredients:
1 oz Campari
1/2 cup lemon sorbet
2 oz Rosemary syrup
‎Fresh mint for garnish
Ice

Directions:
Add all ingredients in a blender with 1-2 cups of ice‎ and blend until smooth. Garnish with mint leaves
