Woman claims to be resident’s sister as three men force their way into Bronx home

THE BRONX (PIX11) — New York City police officers are looking for four suspects in connection with a home invasion in the Bronx Tuesday evening.

Police say a young woman knocked on an apartment door in the Soundview section of the Bronx and claimed to be the resident’s sister, while partially covering her face.

When the victim opened the door, three male suspects forced their way in, displayed weapons and demanding money.

The suspects fled with $50 in cash.

No injuries were reported.

One suspect reportedly had a handgun, while another displayed a knife.
