EAST HARLEM (PIX11)– Mayor Bill de Blasio is set to make a major announcement Monday about his plans to fix 90 of the city’s struggling public schools.

de Blasio will be at the Coalition School for Social Change in Harlem to reveal changes to failing schools.

Its highly-anticipated program was developed by the Department of Education officials working closely with the mayor’s office.

De Blasio earlier this year announced plans regarding Universal Pre-K.
