NEW YORK (PIX11)– There are 117 people in the city being actively monitored for the Ebola virus. These are 117 people in the city who handled Dr. Spencer or arrived in the U.S. after October 11 from western Africa– is this a better option than voluntary/mandatory quarantine and could it have prevented the lawsuits from the girl in CT and nurse Kaci Hickox.
