NEW YORK (AP) -- New York Dr. Craig Spencer remains in serious but stable condition at a hospital as he is treated for Ebola.

Governor Andrew Cuomo had criticized Spencer for not obeying a voluntary quarantine but yesterday called Spencer and other health workers "heroes."
