HOUSTON (PIX11) — A 33-year-old registered sex offender who was charged Friday in connection with the sexual assault of a teenager is now also being accused of raping a toddler and giving both victims HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases, WGHP reported.

David Richard Wilson was arrested on Wednesday at his home in connection with the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl last month, the Houston Police Department said in a release. Wilson allegedly picked up the teenager in a truck on Sept. 12, where he sexually assaulted her after driving to another location.

Wilson had also sexually assaulted her several other times, she told police.

The teenager told a caseworker at the local Children’s Assessment Center that she had sex with Wilson and was pregnant, the Houston Chronicle reported.

When Wilson was taken into custody, he admitted to police that he had sexually assaulted the victim a number of times over the past couple of years, the release said. He also said he had “intimate relations” with other unidentified females.

Wilson is also accused of sexually assaulting his niece when she was less than two years old. Last November, the toddler was diagnosed with multiple sexually transmitted diseases, including herpes, HIV and Chlamydia, KTRK reported. The doctor determined that she must have been sexually abused because of the diseases that were detected.

Four people who lived in the child’s home were tested for HIV, but Wilson was the only person who tested positive, according to the affidavit.

Genital reconstruction surgery was performed on the toddler as a result of the infections, authorities said.

Inmate records from Harris County in Texas showed that Wilson was being held on two charges: sexually assaulting a person between the ages of 14 and 17 and “super aggravated sexual assault” of a child under the age of 6.

Wilson was convicted of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 2004, the Texas Department of Public Safety’s Sex Offender Registry shows.

Houston investigators have urged other victims to come forward with information that could lead to more charges.

Another prime example of why sex offenders should be off the streets. . Its so great that he was on a registry. .. that really prevented him from raping children. They don’t treat perverts like that too kindly in prison. He deserves the street justice that he will get from the other prisoners. Scum bag.

One bullet to the head is all this dog deserves! But I would waste a few on him. One in each knee, one in each elbow, one in his crotch. If he were still alive after laying there for an hour in pain, I would shoot him in the stomach and let him die that way.
