(PIX11) — Christine “Chrissy” Teigen went to Twitter to share her thoughts about the Ottawa shootings in Canada Wednesday.

The model and wife  of John Legend said the “active shooting in Canada” is just another day in America. After receiving some backlash from Twitter users, Teigen stood firm in her statement and said “I’m not apologizing. If you take it wrong, that is your fault.”

Teigen, who describes herself as a “demotivational speaker” in her Twitter biography, has made headlines before for her tweets. Three weeks ago, she called out pop star Ariana Grande for her Saturday Night Live appearance, Hollywood Life reported.
