NEWARK, N.J. (PIX11) -- A passenger on board a flight from Brussels was taken to University Hospital in Newark to be tested for possible Ebola.

The passenger reportedly was in Liberia before Brussels, and fell ill on the plane.

Just a few weeks ago, a passenger from Brussels caused a similar scare at Newark and in that case, it was a false alarm.

Gosh, wouldn’t it easier, safer, and FAR less expensive just to simply deny entry for those with visas from the infected countries, meaning they wouldn’t have been allowed to board the plane at its origin to start with?
