How to prevent injuries while training

NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Whether training for a marathon, half-mile or a 5K, or just staying active, an injury can really put a damper on things.

The key is slow progression, cross training and proper stretching.

John Gallucci Jr., owner of JAG Physical Therapy and author of “Soccer Injury Prevention and Treatment,” reveals the specific stretches to help you remain injury free.
