(PIX11) — Bengals’ defensive end Devon Still gave his 4-year-old daughter Leah a heartwarming pep talk on the way to her cancer surgery Thursday morning.

“You ready to get this cancer up out of you?” Still asks the smiling little girl as they drive to the hospital.

Still posted the video on Instagram with the caption, “Pre-surgery pep talk…I might be nervous and scared beyond words but I’ll never let her see it..let’s get this done!”

Still later posted a photo of Leah sleeping, letting everyone know the surgery was successful.

“After a 5hr 50min surgery the surgeon was able to remove ALL of her tumor and all of her lymph nodes and her right adrenal gland where it all started from…best news I’ve received in a long time #PrayForLeah #GodIsGood #ThanksForYourSupport,” Still wrote.

The Bengals are reportedly donating proceeds of sales of Still’s jersey to the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, according to the Daily News.
