LONG ISLAND (PIX11) -- Cops on Long Island say more Ku Klux Klan recruitment fliers have been found in Suffolk County.

More than a dozen fliers were found in West Babylon and in Shirley.

Similar leaflets were found in Hampton Bays over the summer.

Cops believe the North Carolina based Loyal White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan is behind the most recent incident.

Police say the leaflets include "racist messages," referring to the shooting death of unarmed African American teen Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri by a white police officer August 9.
