NEW YORK (PIX11) -- A 20-year-old man is facing hate crime charges after police say he fired a pellet gun at two white joggers in Central Park.
Edward Fall opened fire at a 34-year-old man on Aug. 17 and a 36-year-old woman the day after.
The woman told police that when she was leaving the park after her jog, a pellet struck her in the back of the head.
She told police that three black men and two black women were laughing at her and making anti-white statements.
Fall faces assault and hate crime charges as well as criminal possession of a weapon.
Four suspects are still at large.
