JAMAICA, Queens (PIX11) – At least four people were hurt Monday in a multi-vehicle crash outside John F. Kennedy Airport, authorities said.

A tractor trailer and seven cars, including a possible shuttle van, collided near Farmers and Rockaway boulevards in the Jamaica section of Queens.

Shortly before 7 a.m., crews were on scene trying to extricate at least one person pinned in a car that crashed into a tree.

Drivers were being diverted over the grassy divider to get around the crash.
