Queens residents celebrate the borough for ‘Queens Day’

NEW YORK (PIX11) – The US Open has officially rolled into town, landing at Flushing Meadows Corona Park this week.

Kicking off the 2-week tournament was the first-ever Queens Day where residents came out to celebrate the borough.

PIX11’s Andrew Ramos was on hand and even took in a quick tennis lesson.
