HAMILTON, Ohio (PIX11) — An Ohio morgue worker has admitted to having sex with 100 female corpses over the course of 16 years.

In a Hamilton County court hearing, Kenneth Douglas, who worked as a morgue attendant from 1976 to 1992, said  he would have sex with the corpses while he was drunk or high on drugs, according to WPTV.

“I would just get on top of them and pull my pants down,” Douglas said. “If I hadn’t had anything to drink when I went to work, it wouldn’t happen. I would do crack and go in and drink and go in.”

Douglas had previously been convicted of gross abuse of the corpses of Charlene Appling and Karen Range.

The extent of Douglas’ crimes came to light after families began suing Hamilton County in federal appeals court.

Douglas’ wife also testified that her husband “reeked of sex and alcohol” when she would pick up from work and that she warned officials of her suspicions, but nothing was done.
