NEW YORK (PIX11) -- It seems like every weekend its the same song and dance. Constant subway disruptions might make your weekend travel a little more complicated.

Only this time there are 12 lines affected.

Packed shuttle buses, dozens of confused passengers, small yellow signs.  It can only mean one thing-- subway maintenance.

One rider expressed her frustration and told us, "the MTA sucks."

Twelve subway lines have service changes this weekend including the 1, 4, 5, 6, A, C, D, E, F, G, N, and R lines.

Until Monday morning Bronx-bound 1 trains will not run from 96th Street the 242nd Street stop because of repairs.
