Police investating slashing death of 30-year-old man in Jackson Heights

JACKSON HEIGHTS, Queens (PIX11) — Police found a 30-year-old man lying on the corner of 97th Street and Northern Boulevard in Queens with slash wounds to his neck and face Sunday around 2:13 a.m.

The victim, Fabian Carrero of 54-02 Roosevelt Ave. in Queens, was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
