BAYSHORE, Long Island (PIX11)--Homicide detectives are looking into whether the body remains found in Long Island is of a missing 27-year-old Brooklyn mother of four.

According to published reports Thursday morning, Chinelle Latoya Browne of Brownsville was reported missing on Saturday in Brownsville by her husband. She disappeared without a trace after having a fight with her landlord.

Meanwhile, Suffolk County homicide detectives are trying to link a woman's arm found in the front lawn of a Long Island home to body parts found miles away. The severed arm was found in Hempstead in Nassau county Wednesday and the body parts were found by a couple Tuesday in Bay Shore just 20 miles in east in Suffolk county.

Investigators would not officially say the two cases are related and they are not confirming reports that investigators are determining if a partially dismembered body found here in a Bay Shore municipal lot is that of Browne.
