WARREN, N.J. (AP) — State Police say a trooper escaped serious injury when his cruiser went off a northern New Jersey highway and overturned.

Clarence Turner was westbound on Route 78 in Warren when the accident occurred around 8 a.m. Thursday.

Authorities tell NJ.com that another car suddenly pulled in front of Turner’s vehicle, and he swerved into the left shoulder in an attempt to avoid a collision. But he lost control of his cruiser and it went into the grassy median, where it overturned.

Turner was taken to a hospital as a precaution and was later released. The other car had left the scene by the time authorities arrived on scene.

The accident remains under investigation.

There are no such things as miracles. The trooper was saved by a well designed car and safety systems. He was not saved by a “miracle”. This is a news site, you are bound by the rules of journalism to report the TRUTH, the FACTS. Stop spreading lies about miracles!
