38-year-old man killed in front of Huntington Station home

HUNTINGTON STATION, Long Island (PIX11) — A 38-year-old man was killed in front of his Huntington Station home early Saturday morning.

Responding to a 911 disturbance call, officers arrived to 91 Wyman St. at about 4:25 a.m.  when they found Larry Collins on the front lawn with injuries to his abdomen resulting from a physical altercation.

Collins was then transported to Huntington Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Detectives from the Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad are continuing to investigate.
