BAY TERRACE, Queens (PIX11) — Police arrested a man suspected of robbing and beating an 85-year-old woman and her 86-year-old husband in their Queens condo.

Authorities caught Christopher Ramirez, 24, of Flushing, Wednesday night in connection with the April 23 home invasion.

In the attack, an 85-year-old woman was left with bruises on her face and body, and her 86-year-old husband suffered head injuries, police said.

In the daytime attack, Ramirez along with another man allegedly duped the couple by pretending to be maintenance workers and forced their way inside, police said.
