NEW YORK (PIX11) — A missing 9-year-old boy has been found safe on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Officers from the NYPD’s Transit Bureau Community Affairs Unit found Zhaundu Bradley in good condition around 4:30 p.m.  He was at a basketball court at E. 99th Street and Third Ave.; police had been looking for him after he failed to return home Tuesday.

NYPD initially said Bradley was last seen at the Boys’ Club of New York, located at 321 East 111 Street. But a spokesperson for the Boys’ Club told PIX11 News that Bradley has not been at their facility since June 11.

A New York State Missing Child Alert was issued for the boy, who has been diagnosed with ADHD, about 11 a.m. Wednesday.

His family was especially concerned because Bradley, who is not from Manhattan, isn’t familiar with the city.

It is still unclear where Bradley went after he disappeared.
