(PIX11) – Does a 50-second facelift sound too good to be true?
The creator of the mini-lift that uses an exercise roller instead of knives or needles visited PIX11 Wednesday to share her anti-aging secrets.
Using a foam roller, physiologist Sue Hitzmann advises to perform the following steps, taking about 15 seconds for each step:
1. Lay on your side and rest the base of your skull on the roller. Make small circles with your head.
2. Move the roller to your cheekbone and continue making small circles.
3. Move the roller to your temple and, again, make the small circles with your head.
Repeat once a day for 30 days for the best results, Hitzmann said.
