TIMES SQUARE (PIX11) — He’s made a name for himself as part of the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and now daredevil Bello Nock is upping the ante.

The international circus superstar spent a good part of Tuesday on a high wire over Times Square as awestruck passersby looked on.

The multilingual stunt man chatted with media from across the globe, all why keeping his balance and focus.

The stunt – which was completed without incident – is just the first of a series of death-defying stunts he’ll be performing this summer, appropriately called “The Summer of Bello.”

It all leads up to an epic online August 30 event on TheUltimate.com where he’ll attempt to perform 15 stunts in one night in Las Vegas — in under 15 minutes.

“When I told [my family] I was doing this, my mother and my wife said ‘thanks but no thanks,’” Bello told PIX11 News, as he sat cool and collected atop the high wire.

“My daughter and oldest son said, ‘we’re not coming’ – it’s just too much pressure.”

Bello also revealed the first thing on the agenda, as soon as he came down from the high wire.

“[I’m going to] run to the bathroom.”
