Belmont Stakes: What to know on race day

When and where should I get tickets?

Unfortunately, all reserved seating and premium dining options have been sold out.

However, admission to grandstand, final turn reserved, and hospitality tickets are available right now on Ticketmaster.

Walk up admission can be purchased day-off the races.

There are also 10,000 free seats around Belmont Park, backyard benches, grandstand, trackside, tables.

 

When should I come?

The first races in the series start on June 6 at 1:20 p.m. and continue through the day every half hour.

The first race on Belmont Stakes Day will start on June 7 at 11:35 a.m. and continue through the day every half hour.

How should I get there?

Belmont Park is located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, Long Island. Click here to view on Google Maps

If you’re travelling by car, get to the LIE, go east to the Cross Island Parkway, and then south to exit 26-D.

The MTA is offering bus service to Belmont on the N6, Q110, and Q2 lines. They are also using Q27 buses at Queens Village station to Belmont.

Belmont will be offering shuttles to and from the park to Floral Park and Elmont.

By subway, take the F to 169 or 179, then take the N6 or Q2 to Belmont. You could also take the E train to Jamaica Center and take the Q110 bus to Belmont.

The Long Island Rail Road will be offering service directly to Belmont Park.
