(PIX WEATHER CENTER)– For the most part, we had a nice Sunday with a mix of sun and clouds.
It was the clouds that won for a while during the late day and evening.
Monday will be similar, starting off with sunshine then the clouds will build in a few showers are likely for late day and evening again.
In fact, they may be a little heavy and hit a few more locations.
We should it make it through Tuesday with dry weather and highs well into the 70’s.
However, from by the middle of the week, the threat for showers and thunderstorms will increase.
A frontal system moving towards the East Coast will slow down and plague us for at least two days and possibly even into Friday.
There is hope though. Some maps indicate the weather should begin to clear in time for Memorial Day Weekend.
