QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) – Two women enlisted the help of a little girl to steal a wallet, police said.

The theft happened May 7 inside a store at 38-27 Bell Blvd. in Queens, NYPD said late Monday.

Surveillance cameras caught two women inside the store with a little girl. Police said the pair had the child swipe a wallet from a bag left unattended behind a cash register.

The girl then gave the wallet to one of the women, who put it in her pants and left the store.

Anyone who recognizes the women is asked to call police.
